These - VZ recons
They are a golfball pattern. They are so aggressive that I had to hit them with 600 grit sandpaper to take the peak edges down some.

Ok, after trying looking at all the recommendations, I found a pair of grips by Duragrips. Anybody use them before?

It is from their Wasp collection. They look great and at half the price of the VZs. 30.00 compsred to 60.00 for the VZ

Any feedback on the company/product?
