Not reloading for one of the most effective manstopper rounds made seems to be a waste. In ten years of real life shooting data, the .357 magnum and .357 Sig have been found to be very effective at incapacitation and one-shot stops. However, cost of ammo is the most often given excuse for police departments not adopting the .357 Sig as a duty sidearm. If only one huge department would adopt it, the cost would plummet to at least as cheap as .40!
