Default 1 step closer to my first 1911

Waiting for my Bersa American Classic 1911 .45 ACP chrome finnish. Will be my first 1911 ever. I'm a revolver/ Glock guy but have always wanted a 1911 & now I'm finally getting 1. It's by far no Ed Brown at all but I like it & maybe it will inspire me to buy a more expensive 1911. About 99% of reviews I've seen says that no 1 1911 shoots better than the other. Idk how true that is but......! Anyway I'm just excited a lil bit lol

Feed it quality food, pamper it with good mags, and the beauty should last you a long time.

Technically, it's not a Bersa. It's imported by the same company that imports Bersa guns, but it's not actually a Bersa gun.

I have a commander size. Hope you enjoy yours.

My American Classic 1911 .45 ACP Government Model has been reliable, accurate and fun to shoot. Can't think of a gun that would be better, just one that would be more expensive.

For the record, MetroArms (Phillipines) manufactures the gun.

my metro arms commander series 1911 has treated me the same but was really picky with ammo until I changed to a Wilson combat spring kit 22 pound recoil spring after that no issues not even with the factory mag and Tulammo haha
