Where's the love? 357Sig conversion

I'm ordering a 6" 357Sig barrel and need to decide which frame would suit it best?I don't see a lot of discussion about the Sig load, but thick it may make a swell pin gun.I'd like to know what you folks think?

Pretty sure you can use . 40 barrels and 357 sig barrels interchangeably so I would start there

Isn't this the sort of thing you should sort out before buying the item?
This will probably annoy the .357 Sig lovers, but here goes: The .357 Sig is a boutique cartridge that really isn't a huge improvement over existing chamberings. It's costs a lot more than 9mm ammo, for not a lot more performance. At least not enough more to justify the significant cost increase. Then there's the fact that, even it times of plenty, .357 Sig ammo isn't exactly plentiful. Thus, among people who don't have a govt agency buying their ammo, it really hasn't caught fire.

This^^.
Calling the .357 Sig a necked down .40 S&W isn't entirely accurate, but it's close enough that gets the point across.

I've already got a 17L,a 24 built to race, and a G20.I'd probly use the G20 as a frame for a 6"357 Sig barrel. It just seems that the larger frame would absorb recoil better than the G24.Am I on the right track?

I have a .357 Sig barrel for my G-20. It works well. I got it for versatility. TX DPS uses the Sig round so ammo will be plentiful around here for some time to come. In the larger G-20 frame allows the ammo to be handloaded longer. I can use plentiful .355 round nose bullets and load to a longer than specified length.

I beg to differ that the .357 Sig is NOT a necked down .40. I did some experimentation and found I can simply run .40 brass through the .357 ammo and it comes out perfect. The only thing one could point out as "different" is the flash hole. The Sig brass tends to have smaller flash holes. Probably to contain the higher pressures.
