Default Threading Glock?

I'm in the market for an Evolution 45 suppressor for my .45 GAP. I'd like some info from you folks on what I need to do to my Model 38, whether it's threading, replacing my original barrel with a longer barrel etc. What specific modifications are needed to attach this Evolution 45 to my Glock? I've never purchased one before so suppressors are pretty new to me.

These are the different threads available for the Evolution 45, not sure which I would need:
1. .578-28
2. M16 x 1 RH
3. M16 x 1 LH

I got a threaded barrel for my G17 from Lonewolf Distributors and it is an excellent barrel. They will do just about any thread you need. Prices are more than fair.
