Ha ha! Hot dogs are almost as bad, but damn they're just a classic, like baseball and apple pie!

I keep a little 22wmr derringer with me just for shot shells. My cousin liked my idea and picked up a 38spl derringer for $50. I mean it looks like it's been through war a time or two, but it functions well and serves the purpose. I keep mine in my truck at all times or in my pocket if I'm in "snake areas". I've been known to walk out into the woods at the strangest of times and I just simply grab it out of my consol and take a walk for what ever the reason is. There's been twice that I've used it. Last Easter, my bro-n-law and I found some good fishing and hog hunting areas and ran up on a water moccassin and simply decapatated it. Then first day of deer season, I had two squirrels playing next to me, as I decided it was time to climb out of the stand, I pulled out my little derringer and got some dinner for that night. Mmmmmmmmm, squirrel dumpings. So, that's my advice, get something cheap just for shotshells. Good luck with your andacondas.
