The instructor of the NRA Basic Pistol Course I just took does. He carrys it in an Kydex OWB holster at 3:30 covered by a longish fleece jacket.

I carried my G21 for awhile without anyone noticing I ever carried a gun. And I weigh 155 and I don't wear big shirts or jackets.

I have carried a full size 1911 IWB was a kydex holster. I tried a G19 in a retention holster And it was too noticeable. Even my 26 was too. Unless you wear loose clothing or a jacket I don't think it's possible.

I think that smart carry holster can conceal a full size.

I occasionally carry my G20 in a Blackhawk Serpa. Mainly I carry a S&W M&P9 in the same holster.

It depends on your state's idea of "concealed". Oddly enough, here in Mass, as long as no part of the firearm is showing (even if there is a huge bulge) it's considered concealed. Other states are like that, some aren't, you just need to find out what your's requires.
