Did you see the post the other day showing the grip angles on different guns? There is probably a 2 degree difference between a glock and 1911 grip angle. I can understand you don't like the grip but I highly doubt anyone on here can really tell if something is off by 2 degrees over 4 inches and be that adversely affected by it. Not picking on you. Just don't believe that argument anymore.

I see where your coming from mm idk I just feel like when I pull a glock from holster and fire no matter what glock I'm inaccurate and I chalk that up to grip angle but hey it could be somethin else

If the guns not for you,its not for you. I'm glad you don't just hate glocks cause they aren't a 1911

I Have a gen3 G27 (40 cal) and a gen4 G22 (40cal) I will have to say I like some things about each one. But hard to compare a full size with the sub.

That is the longest sentence I've ever read.

I'll just say the main features.
I don't know much about gen 1s.
Gen 2 have no finger grooves and I believe no accessory rails .
Gen 3 has finger grooves on the grip and some models have accessory rails .
Gen 4 have a 2 piece guide rod/spring , thinner grip profile by a MM or two , a rougher textured grip and interchangeable back straps. ( From what I understand Gen 4 was glocks answer to the Springfield XDm )

Those are the main differences I know of.

All though there are variations between certain models I.E Full size , compact and sub-compact , compensated , RTF , competition models

hope this helps

I will answer you this way..I cannot just pick one Glock as my favorite and give you a reason! I have several and all have their place and purpose. But, as a platform, I like them because of reliability, ease of maintenance and their safe action. Please know that I am a "GlockHead", but I also am a 1911 fanatic and I like revolvers too. Heck, I like all guns!!

My edc is a Gen 3 G35 .40 cal and I love it. I just recently bought a Ruger SR1911 and I love that, but I feel much better with the GLOCK as of right now. I really need some practice with the Ruger because I can't hit ****. There are alot more GLOCKs I want to purchase though!!!
