Default My Final Decision - G19

i have decided im going for the Glock 19. ive read and watched countless, upon countless reviews of the G19.

many things have factored into my decision; QUALITY, reliability, durability, simplicity, cheap ammo, and add-ons

ive already got an idea of the first upgrades im gonna make; ext slide release and truglo tfos are atop of the list.

it was a big decision imo. i originally wanted the PF9 for my CC. and i will eventually own one for that. but while i could, i wanted to scoop up the G19 1st.

theres a gun show or 2 in the coming weeks that ill check out, but im pretty sure i want to buy new. i plan on growing my collection as well. not being partial to one brand, because i love all guns. but i do plan on having at least 3-4 glocks before its all said and done.

ill post pics when i make that purchase, and in the mean time, keep shootin'

The G19 is a good and dependable pistol. You can't go wrong with it.

A G19 is a great gun for a beginner or an old pro. Take care of the gun, shoot countless rounds with it, and someday it make take care of you.

The 19 is a fine choice you will enjoy it. I havent made any changes to mine just kept it stock. Glocks are addicting I just got a 23 w/night sights last week. I will eventually upgrade the 19 to night sights but for now I'm saving for my 1911 so all my play money is tied up for a while. Have fun when you get it!

I have 2 G19's (2nd & 3rd gen). I think it is one of the best CCW guns one the market. Not too big, not too small. Have you ever handled or shot a PF9?I had one, wasn't impressed.

First time shooting at the range. The assembly pin face sheered off. I traded it away for a S&W 638-3 snubby. I like the snubby as a pocket gun, but I don't feel undergunned with the G19 like I do the snubby!

I like my G19. Only thing I changed was the guide rod/spring assembly. Put in a stainless one I got from Glockmeister. Trijicon sights are next.
