My 3 Glocks. A Glock 21 with Trijicon Night Sights, a Glock 21-C (Compensated) with standard sights, and a Glock 30 with Glock Night Sights I picked up this morning. The only one left in .45 ACP I need to get is the single stack 36. Bill T.

Hey Bill...

How do you like that G30 ?! I was thinking about buying a G30SF with my tax refund...

How much velocity is that 21C taking of those .45 ACP rounds?

I am guessing the loss is minimal, but I'm just curious.

Nice trio you have there.

thinking...

Tell us how well you like the 30. I'm thinking of a carry gun in .45 and the 30 seems like the way to go. It still will be a lot heavier than my .38 snubbie.

Do others think the G30 is fairly carry-able? Do they offer an extension for those times I'd like the extra grip length?

Certainly easier to carry concealed than the G21. I'm not a big guy at all.

Nice guns!

here is my Glock 36. I must say it is a fine gun to carry and its dead on accurate at the range.

Glock 30 for concealed carry

I'd like to repeat that same question a couple posts above. The .38 snubbie is a great pocket carry weapon. I'd really like to get something with a lot more power (not to mention # of rounds). The Glock .45s seem to be the ticket, but even the 30 is noticeably heavier than the feel of a snubbie in my pocket. What are people's thoughts about this weight difference?

I'm betting that I would carry them (snubbie vs. G30) in different situations, but what do I know? Teach me!

My snubby 66 is heavy to. The 30 is great for cc. A little extra weight never bothered me.

I've shot alot of different types of Glocks, but I must say that the model 30 is my favorite of the bunch. Extremely accurate and just the right size to conceal for off duty carry. 11 rounds of .45 ACP doesn't hurt, either!
