Default Lone Wolf Glock 22 Barrel

I just put a Lone wolf threaded barrel in my Gen2 glock 22. I took it shooting the other day, and put two boxes of white box FMJ Winchester's through it with not a singe problem. I went home, cleaned it, and put what I usually carry (PMC Starfire JHP's) back in it. For some reason, my JHP's wont feed properly. I did some lubing, and even polished up the feed ramp with fine grit sand paper til it shined. It feeds fmj fine, but not jhp's...is this normal for lone wolf barrels? I think its just where the edge of the opening on the tip on the bullet is catching inside the chamber. How can i prevent this? and soes anybody know of another JHP round which won't do this? I will post pictures later when I get home. Thanks

I would take it to a Smith and have him look at it.
Otherwise, you may want to try some Extreme Shock EPR (Enhanced Penetration Round).
They're a JHP that has plastic filling in the hollow part.
They are meant to penetrate deeper before expanding, but I think that the polymer ball in the tip would probably make it feed more like a hardball.

I have a 9mm Lone Wolf Barrel for Glock 19.
I couldn't feed some teflon coated ammo that did feed perfectly on a Beretta 92...was kind of puzzled about that one.

Some times the LWB needs the ramps polished a little bit, wich you can do yourself. I had the same problem with a 40-9 conversion.

I just bought a lonewolf 40sw for my glock 22 2nd gen. and have fired some 200 reloads with berrys jacketed 135 grain bullets and they shoot just fine through it.
