I've got a question for all you Glockies

This is not meat to be rude or mean. you say you don't need a safety, do your long guns have safeties, if so do you use them? If you do use them why do you have them on your long guns and not your handguns? Again not trying to be disrespectful or jerkish I am genuinely curious.

Many different guns I have came with safeties. I don't use them. I don't trust them.
Just to clarify Glocks do have safeties. They're just internal.
For all of my guns, I am the safety.
Keep the booger picker off the bang switch.

Safety.

A mechanical device, that is subject to fail.

Booger hook off the bang switch.

No, my Glock does not have an external safety. Nor does my XDM, or any of my revolvers. I do not feel this to be an issue, if the rule of finger off the trigger is followed. If the firearm has a safety, I do use it, but I never trust it.

Agreed your finger is the safety any confusions I guess if you have the bad habit of putting your finger on the trigger you probably would be better off having a safety

My Glock stays in my holster with the trigger covered when not in use. My long guns have no such cover when not in the safe or carry case so I use the safety on them and also keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
