I just lightly polished the original 5.0lb. one and it now has what I would describe as a decent 2-stage feel to it that seems better to me.

I've been running the Ghost 3.5lb connector since 2008. No light primer strikes or any other problems. I feel the pull is much better and my shooting improved after installation. I carry my weapon in a holster so I have never experienced glock leg. I would not hesitate to install on any future Glocks I will purchase.

My experience with Ghost connectors is take it or leave it. I notice a very slight lighter pull and maybe a tad smoother. I have much better results with the Glock OEM 3.5 connector and polish job than with Ghost products.

I used the ghost 3.5 pound. I am very pleased with it. I'm a nut for accident prevention so I don't carry hot. That also relieves nerves over the light pull. It does, however require a lot of practice.

Default A Guess...

[QUOTE=BRL;1371879] I tried the 3.5lb. disconnector also and it just felt... "mushy". QUOTE]

To be more accurate, (pun) years ago I installed a 3.5lb disconnector in my G20 and it felt mushy, so I installed in in my friends G21.

The other day I handled his Glock 21 again, and to be honest, it did have what I would describe as a light but distinct 2-stage feel with a little resistance just before the final striker release...

Felt lighter than I would want, but pretty decent actually.

I can only theorize that there may be a slight difference in the trigger feel depending on which individual Glock that disconnector is installed in.

From what I understand, all Glock FCGs are the same, minus the G18. C3 correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe the fire control groups are the same but his individual parts may have been worn smoother from use or mine may have been smoother from me lightly polishing the engagement surfaces.

Either way there was a definite difference in the trigger feel between his G21 & my G20 with that 3.5lb disconnector.

His felt a little better to me.

I also was surprised to discover that my G20 originally came with a 5.0lb trigger pull according to the ID tag on the box, I thought it came with a 5.5lb trigger from the factory.
