i think i have asked you this before, but i think you forgot to answer it, just how old are you again?
Studied history? Yes. I've probably studied a whole lot more than you have. 2 college degrees and I still study and learn a lot more than just about firearms..
You keep bringing up the point that 1911s have been around for many years...
That does NOT add any credibility to your statement.
You still haven't made a case for why the 1911 is a better pistol.
All you've said is that it's been around for a long time, it looks better, it's not "plastic", etc.
None if which make it "better".
I agree that with firearms, personal preference is huge. And yes, plenty people 'prefer' 1911. They're awesome. But it doesn't make them better.
I'm not saying they aren't reliable. I'm sayin they aren't AS reliable. I'm not sayin they aren't good. I'm saying they aren't AS good.
Wayyyy more people prefer 1911s...I get it
But you still haven't made a case for why it's better.
You just halfway insult me and then try to prove you have so much knowledge because you're old.
To answer your question I'm 26.
So now you can answer my question..
If you took 100 Glocks and 100 1911s and shy 10,000 rounds through them each. Which group of pistols would have less malfunctions...?
