Exactly!! I wouldn't trust my life with any pistol outside 20 yards!! I practice mainly from 20 to 30 feet!! And my Glocks are very accurate from that distance!!

I agree that I don't ever expect to engage any threat with a pistol outside of 25 yards. But I find that precision shooting at longer ranges helps me to practice basic marksmanship skills better than practicing at 25 yards and closer. I practice other things up close but your bad habits really tell on you at long distances.

A Kimber is a gun you show your buddies....
A Glock is a gun you show your enemy.

Ask Larry Vickers, a Glock 17 is one of the most reliable handguns you can buy.

Do you have on hand proof of that, like more FTF with your Sig or is it just your opinion!!

Reason I say that!! I think most all modern guns are in the class of "reliable" these days!! But I've seen Video of Glocks buried in dirt and come out shooting 2 mags without any failures or jams!! Where the other guns did fail badly in some cases!! So reliable in adverse treatment or extreme conditions is a better way to class reliability these days!!
