That gun seems to either have a weak spring or it has been worked on. We utilized our belts to rack, and the bend in the knee to reload in order to simulate getting shot in one arm, making it immobile.

Hate to break everyone's awe, but that move has been around forever.

There was a movie back in the day with Steve McQueen where one of the guys in the movie does that with an old M1911a1.

No way you could do it with a normal piece of gear if you didn't want to dislocate your shoulder.
