Default How old is my Glock?

My G23 has no rail or grooves and the serial number starts ADY. I know there are sites available where you can ask. But I like this site... So what is the format???

You sure it's ADY and not DAY? I can't find ADY, but DAY is March 1999.

Yes, as I look at it, it's ADY xxx US. At one time I had seen a chart on-line that gave a format to get the date (didn't copy it), but since I can't find it.

Well I found this - http://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1287557 - and while your ADY isn't specifically mentioned, it looks like the three letter AD serial numbers are from 1992.
