Defaulthow many glocks are there?

What I was wondering is there a G1, G2, G3, ect... And if not why do they start out with random numbers. I know its just something I've always thought about. And what are the rare glocks I seen people mention the G18, and the G25 why are those rare?

If I'm thinking right, the G18 is more of a rarity because (far as I know) it's the only full auto Glock that's been made. Personally, I see no reason except the cool factor for having it.

When it comes to the G25.....I'm as in the dark as you are. Haha

Haha I was gonna say for bragging rights, but figured "for cool factor" sounded a bit nicer. I can't say I wouldn't want a fully auto.....just not in the form of a hand gun.

Yea I can't barley shot a pistol. I can't imagine trying to control a fully auto. Id probably shot everything but what I was aiming at haha. Maybe if someone breaks into my house and I was at point blank range it'd be usefull

The reason they start at 17 and go up, is because the Glock 17 was Gaston Glock's 17th patent.

As was said, the 18 is rare because it's full auto. The 25 and 28 are rare in America because they are only available to LEOs due to import restrictions. For a gun to be imported, it has to meet certain criteria, height and length being two of them, and both the 25 and 28 are too small.

They're the .380 models BTW.
