I had to send one of mine back a couple months ago. Turn around time was about a month.
I called a few times to check the status. Hopefully others have had better experiences with there customer service. I found them quite unsocial and unhelpful.
Yeah, i agree, the guy actually talked to me like i was slow or something. I thought i would get better service than that. I actually got a better conversation with the guy from UPS about sending my gun back; he loves H&K though
LOL right! i just want my freakin gun back so i can move on. I think im callin them on Monday to check the status. On top of all this they wouldnt even email me a prepaid label!! different strokes for different folks i guess.
