I don't think so. Generally due to frame and chamber size, conversions begin with a larger caliber and convert to a smaller caliber...like converting a G23 to shoot 9mm, which is very common.

Like Sweeper22 said, conversions generally go from larger calibers to smaller calibers. Unless you're talking about rifles, because you can convert a 5.56x45mm AR15 to fire the .300AAC Blackout cartridge just by changing out the upper.

Pretty sure you choices with the 19 are .40s&w and 357. Sig. They use the same frame size

Nope, you're stuck with a 9mm only. This is due to the breech face being too small. Also the 10mm and .45 platforrms have wider slides and will not fit on the smaller frames so even swapping a complete slide is not an option for you.

If you have a .40 or .356 sig model, you can downgrade to a 9mm with a barrel change.
If you have a 9mm, you cannot use a .40 or.357 barrel due to the breechface.

If you have a 45 acp you can go 10mm with a conversion barrel, or even a factory 10mm barrel (tho some people do not recommend it)
If you have a 10 mm you can go .40 .357 etc with a barrel change, but cannot move up to .45 due to breech face size.

there are other caliber conversions ie .400 corbon, .45 super and 9x25 dillon etc that have also been done.

Also until recently 9mm frames were 2 pin not 3 so you shouldn't even use a 40S&W slide on those older frames.
