Default Glock slide sticking

Every time I fire a round the slide gets stuck, any help will be greatly appreciated

When stuck , looking into extraction cut-out in right side of slide , is there any round obstruction ?

It's like the slide lock jumps into the locking position, even with no mag if you pull back fast it'll lock

You dont say which model so I will ask, Did you change the slide release? If you did it is the wrong one. I got a G36 cheap because the previous owner put in the wrong slide release. Similar problem.

It's a glock 22 .40 cal and it's shot fine before

If it locks back with no magazine in place, you need to have it looked at by a certified Glock armorer or a gunsmith.

And if I remember correctly a friend or mine told me he completely disassembled it and it might be he put one of the pins in incorrectly

I bet it was the slide stop spring seated incorrectly. It is a common error during frame reassembly.
