Hats the differences in the sf model? I know it's short frame but how is that beneficial?

It fits smaller hands better. Go look at a Gen 4 and try with and without the medium backstrap to see the difference.

Te after market barrels for glocks will fit the regular model too right? Not just the sf? My buddy said the barrels fit only the sf models.
