Default Glock serial number

Can anyone decifer this serial no. for me. It's a Glock22 2nd gen Police trade in. Sreial no. MNO244PD. Glock said it was a Nov. 25, 1996 build but would not give out the PD that had it.

Interesting number, my G22 Gen 2 has a much earlier prefix CCS, yet was born Jan 1997. So I'm wondering if your prefix is one of those set aside for large agencies, if so what would MNO stand for?
