I don't dislike Glocks but I don't own one because I shoot other striker fired pistols better. Yes they are very reliable but many other guns are just as reliable. Glocks are not the only reliable option.

Would I ever buy a Glock? I am not looking for another handgun right now but if I was I would consider a Glock 19 or 26 as well as a few other options from other manufacturers.

Again though why would anyone want to agrue which guns they like better? If you don't like the gun that I have or the gun that I am shooting then look away. Its not your gun, don't worry about it. I almost bought a Sig and then I decided not to because of the decocker lever, could not stand it. the gun is a shooter though. Came down to a Glock and an M&P for me, both great guns accurate as hell. I choose the glock because I could take it apart easier than the M&P. I do also like the trigger reset a little better. I found out later that the M&P mags cost almost $50 each. The Glock mags are $20 each. That was good decision on my part. I have 5 mags for each one that saved me $200.
Im not arguing at all, i like glocks. I was just sharing others opinions

I would rather have a CZ than a Glock. Glocks are not the best striker by far. They are ugly and very utilitarian looking. They could have had some more features for the money.

I was in FL when we were on the same gun sites. I am from La. originally. When I became disabled in FL I had to move back to La. to get help. I went through my whole life savings, sold my house, sold ALL my firearms, and ALL my hot rod toys in FL. I just recently (December) came back to the gun websites.

Even though I LOVE my Glock, the video is hilarious and makes some points.

I can't stand the fanboys that say nothing is better than a Glock. It's just false.

Yeah, you did e-mail me! And you told me about this site and others. I just have so much on my mind I sometimes can't remember my name.

Crawfish season just started and they will be plentiful this year!

The LGS here is selling 9mm TulAmmo 50rds for $23.50 a box! And people are buying it!

The round I choose is 10mm Just me. 9mm is too soft, not enough bite.

In the 10mm world, what other double stack mags are there?

20 years ago, what other choices were there?

after 20 plus years, and still going strong, was my choice a bad one?

I'm sure there is something to do with a contract in most cases. Glock bid the lowest so glock got it. I'm not a Leo tho so I might be wrong.
