Default Glock erratic ejection

I sent my new gun out to Glock last week and it was because of a erratic ejection issue?...I thought gen4 glock17's were the only glocks that are having erratic ejection issues due to the spring upgrade?...Anyways is it heard of for some gen3's to have this issue and if so what could it be from?..Just curious if it could be something simple and if I could have fixed it myself or not?

Your explanation of the symptoms leaves alot to wonder.

Why do you feel it necessary to list your guns?

It mostly ejects rounds to my 6'oclock and sometimes to the left of the gun....Even once to the front of the gun....Pretty much not in the same spot every time the spent round is ejected and not properly ejecting the spent cartrages to the 3 or 4 'clock like it is supposed to...Every other time I fire the spent round usually hits me in the forehead.

Btw it's not the ammo because that was the first culprit to me and I went through 5 different low quality and high quality rounds trying to see if anything changed and nothing changed with it's all over the place (erratic) ejection pattern.

I'd replace the extractor plunger assy.
