DefaultGlock 45 vs 10mm

Which one of the two would you have for home defense and which brand of bullets would you use for terminal knock down power?

Thanks mates,
Chlogeo

I don't think I'd use 10mm for home defense. Too much penetration. The 45 acp would be a better choice.

I think the 10mm has more versatility and would make a nice HD round.

Uncle Ted swears by 10mm. I know nothing about them. Never even fired one. Heck I never even see any ammo for them.

10mm is more versatile than the 45acp.

I can load them as light as a 9mm, or heavy as a hot 357.

And you get 15+1 in the gun. 10mm is the god of semi automatic pistol calibers.( anyone who digresses with a comment about Desert Eagle is a troll)

Why do you feel it necessary to list your guns?

I carry a G21 on duty, and a G23 off. The 10mm is a serious round, though. My good friend carries a G20, and it shoots good. I'd go with the G20, and throw in a Lone Wolf .40 barrel for practice so you can actually afford to shoot it.
