Default Glock 42: The Glock NOBODY Asked For

What freaking genius over at freaking Glock decided they were going to start making. .380s?! Why the hell would I want a double stack .380 GLOCK?! WHAT A PIECE OF TRASH!

How about a single stack slim frame 9mm or .40 like a lot of the stubbornly loyal Glock shooters actually WANT! Oh yay, I can have 15 rounds of .380 cat busters so when I have a squirrel or rat problem I can go all Devil's Rejects on them! Yay. A freaking $600 freaking varmint busting gun.

WTF?! Fail Glock. Epic fail.

What did somebody forget to engage their safety and shoot the dogs front teeth out? Or are we blaming that on the Glock shooters?

Default Glock 42: The Glock NOBODY Asked For

I'm still trying to figure out WHY they would make the .380. The only reason I can think of would be that they didn't have the .380 available over here.

Part could be from the fact that they have .380s in other countries. Then Glock collectors kept asking why they can't get them here.

If its not a size to compete with a Sig P238 or Ruger LCP, then I don't see a lot of market for it, considering the .380 market saturation already.

Perhaps some people can't reliably put anything larger back on target?

I do think they're a lot of .380s already on the market through.

IF I were to get a glock (is on my list, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down it), I'd rather have a single stack 9mm or 40 vs the .380.

Guys lets not forget Glock already makes guns in .380. They are the models 25 and 28. The 25 is the compact and the 28 is the sub compact. They hold 15 and 10 rounds, respectively.

They are not available for import to America because they do not meet the requirements as set forth by the ATF. Video:

(Bear in.mind I have no way of.knowing where this guy gets his info. But he makes it sound legit.)

My guess is the 42 is actually going to be a single stacked gun, to try to appeal to the .380 crowd here. (I have read nothing about the 42. Did they come out and say its double stacked?)

Everything I have heard, suggest a single stack 380 mag. (6+1)! I guess Glock wants a piece of the pocket pistol Market! imageuploadedbyfirearms-talk1388966213.236161.jpg

The fury! The sound! You haven't even seen, let alone held the new Glock. Convicted to the trash bin of history!! I've had 3 brandys and feel sober compared to OP.

If nobody were asking for a 380 Glock, then Diamondback LLC would have stayed in boatbuilding. Let's give poor Gaston a chance to redeem himself.

I saw a picture of a double stacked Glock the first time I breezed over the article. They just threw up a random pic of a Glock. The actual pics of the 42 do show a single stack. My bad.

And yet still. SCREW A FREAKING SINGLE STACK FREAKING .380 GLOCK!!!!!!!!! I would sell both my ruger and Keltec if they made a single stack baby 9!!!!
