Glock in .380

Looks like Glock USA's new pistol is going to finally introduce their .380 to civilians. Would you buy a .380 Glock? Why or why not? Will this item actually sell in the USA market?

Glock obviously wants a piece of the rising popularity of the concealed carry handgun market with the likes of Kel-Tec P3AT,S&W Bodyguard,Kahr,Ruger LCP,etc.I was also hoping for a 9mm myself, but I would buy the 42 if the price is right.

I'd stick with a 27 unless I were a serious collector.

better judged by twelve than carried by six.

I've got a few Glocks. I'd have to put my hands on it before I decided. I've got an LCP that I'd like to replace with something that was close to as easy to conceal, but with a better trigger and sights. Thinking Sig 238 though.

After reading this review, I think I will pass.

Kind of nauseating actually.

If you are going to market a non-pocket able .380, at least give it some class.

The only Glock I might ever buy is a single stack 9mm, but only if they changed the grip angle and made it less blocky on the slide.

So would I buy the Glock 42? No. And I'm not upset about that. :)

If I got a GLOCK, it would be a GLOCK 20 in 10mm. That's basically the only gun they have that I want. If I want a small (but not pocket sized) CC gun, I'd buy one of Remington's R51s in 9mm (which I plan to).

A slightly over sized micro .380 that will probably be overpriced is not what I'd want.

If I wanted to get a .380 pistol, it would not be a Glock. I would opt for a Walther PPK. Always wanted one. Yep, I am a 007 fan.

I'm not at all a fan of the 380 but even if I was it looks like the 42 is about the size of an XDS or M&P Shield which can be had in 9mm, 40 S&W and 45acp.

If they ever make one in 9mm I'll be interested, but I just can't see the appeal of something that large in 380.

This smells of air bags In automobiles rather than the marketplace offering what the public wants.

Look at the 380 Glocks in the world already, what niche do they fill?

I am smart enough to see what is going on, and I would hope others can see it also.
