Default Glock 30 sights

I have a glock 30 with trijicon night sights. I seriously been thinking of going back to the standard glock sights (metal) because during the day, I can't see jack with the trijicon cause the sights are so small. And at night I can see the sights but not the target ( im not really shooting in the dark at stuff I can't see). Anyone got any ideas or opinions?

Take a look at TFO sights, they're bright day or night.

Same issues, use org. Sights with a crimson trace laser. Maybe a torch light?
