Default glock 30 gen 3 or 4?

I'm interested in buying a Glock 30 that is listed on armslist, however the place isn't sure if its a gen 3 or 4. Can anybody tell which one it is from the picture, as I would like to know which one it is before going to look at it, to determine just how much I'm saving on it?

Gen 3... No notches for back straps.

Glock does not make a Gen4 G30 .. and prob wont be for a long time seeing as they are behind in production for their other models... I love my G30SF shoots like a dream and is easy to carry not like some say its a brick and to thick to carry I think its just fine its my EDC weapon

yes it's a 3 for sure. If you cannot tell externally, ask them to remove the slide and check the spring. the Gen4's have a new spring, the double spring thing, so thats another way to tell.

But g 30 is a sub compact. Even if it was a gen 4 I highly doubt they well put a single recoil spring in a g 30
