Default Glock 30

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody out there ever used 165 grain federal hollow points in the gl30? Will it hurt the gun, or should I go back to 230 or 185 grain? Any input?
Thanks
Mike

It's not lead, it's not a problem.

Why not just shoot 40 in 180gr then? Seems like it defeats the advantage of 45 (mass)? and spare me the "bigger hole theory" lol
