There really isnt much of a difference..the G20 is 27oz and the G29 is 24 oz, not much difference in felt recoil to me.

It's been awhile since I went through basic physics so I don't remember the math but the bottom line is that the heaver the weapon relative to the charge the lower the recoil.

Perception is another issue.

I have both. Both are manageable even with Double Tap's 180 gr. Speer Gold Dots (Bonded Defense).

The more you practice with full power rounds, the more confident you will become with them.
