Pearce grips are good and very inexpensive. Glock also makes a 12 rd mag as well.

I actually used a craft store paint marker. First off I oiled down the slide a good bit, then I took a tool I use for cleaning grooves on golf clubs an roughed up the inside of the lettering just following the grooves. Then I just did a few coats while wiping away the excess paint. The layer of oil kept the paint from sticking to the slide and I was able to clean up any paint that wasn't where I wanted I to be with a little elbow grease.
