Depends, if you live where you can only have a 10rd mag, then you might as well have the smaller 27. Otherwise I like Spray & Pray #23

I vote full-size or compact over sub compact for primary carry.

Why do you feel it necessary to list your guns?

The G23 to me offers all the advantages of the G22 with the added bonus of being more concealable. The G27 however just feels weird and I am not comfortable shooting it enough to say I would carry it over a 23.

I carry either or. In the winter the 23 is fine and I can carry it without printing. I prefer the 27 in the warmer months just because it conceals nicely IWB with just a light button down shirt. I will say that depending on your frame you may have a hard time IWB or OWB carrying either one because on smaller people they both tend to stock or grip print when seated unless you have on a jacket.
Performance-wise either is a winner.

Actually I would prefer the Glock 23 ported
Please, Don't tell me about how the extra muzzle flash is gonna make it so's I can no longer retain my nite vision. Instead, shoot a 40S&W at night, then tell me how great your nite sight is

G23 or G27
I had the G19 and went to the G23. Will never trade it or sell it. Hits hard and grouping is more than adequate from point blank to 12 yards.
I am a short guy and can easily hid ethe G23 where a full sized is tuff to hide

Right?
Damned be all those experts with countless thousands of hours of training and experience!
****I could use those vise grips to remove that 1/2" bolt, even though a box end wrench is better suited for the task.........
