my EDC is the G26. I do prefer this. But that's just me. Get the 27. Then u can buy a 9 mil barrel and shoot cheaper ammo. It is a lil chunky. But I'm a skinny guy and it conceals great. I carry this over my smaller guns. Just trust glock with my life!!

I would go with the Model 27. I have carried it as back up, off duty and now as a retirement CCW for years. I shoot it as well as I do my duty Model 22 that the agency gave to me at retirement which was my duty gun. Every year it shoots a possible on my Presidential 218 Qualification Course, so it does very well for me. Certainly nothing wrong with the 22 or 23 it is all personal preference. But for CCW I prefer the 27. I have recently purchased a Springfield XDS in 45 ACP but reserving evaluation for later. Hard to park the Old Horse after all these years!

I carry a 27 with grip extension on the mag. I carry it daily and love it, very concealable and comfortable to carry. just my opinion i don't own a 23 so i cant cant say the 27 is better or not. However, im completely happy with my 27

I carry a 19 which is the same size as a 23 and have no problem concealing it.

I carry a g26. Same size as 27. It's easier to conceal because of the shorter grip but a lot of people can conceal a fulsize no problem. My opinion tho...go with the 27. If u have larger hands just get the pierce grip.

I carry a 30. I love it but would like to have a 27 for better concealment. The 23 would probably be a little more concealable than my 30. But I'll get a 27 for it's concealability when I buy another pistol. Then I may try a 1911 even though I've sworn for years that I'd never own any semi-auto pistol other than a Glock.

I like ankle holsters and that's not happening with my 30 and I doubt a 23 would ride well on the ankle either. Also, I have to wear very baggy shirts to halfway conceal my 30. I didn't double check the dimensions, but I think my 30 is very similar to the 23. So if ultra concealability is a big factor for you, I would suggest the 27.

So far I've been carrying the M&P Shield in 9mm. It's great to carry, very comfortable and reliable. That being said, I've been thinking of getting something with more capacity and a larger caliber and since I already own the Glock 22, I decided to look at the 23 & 27. The 23 seems just a little bigger than I would like for concealed carrying, so I opted for the 27. The grip feels very comfortable in my hand even though it's a little short (but that's what makes it so concealable). The 27's slide also seems just big enough to help handle the recoil, making it more comfortable to shoot. I guess I'll soon find out when I take it to the range.
