^^^ IMO, you really aren't getting your money's worth if you don't off a couple of bears with it.

Lol @ orange @ sweeper it was either a junk hi point or a glock and as I went in with the intentions of buying my first glock and it was the only handgun that fit my big gorilla paws comfortably and felt great when test fired I have looked at some options after my nics clears and I pick it up

There is a giant ginger LEO on here from TX who has a couple of alternate barrels for his, Robocop10mm. He has a good thread on it somewhere...

edit* found it: http://www.firearmstalk.com/forums/f56/ordered-glock-20c-pics-added-61265/index6.html The next to last page has the pictures with the three different barrels.

Robo is also a reloader and would be the guy I would bug with reloading questions on that firearm.

You probably made a bad choice if: You're going to go down to your LGS, buy some basic (Fed Am-Eagle) range rounds and JHPs, and treat it like any other range/carry gun. That's just not where it excels. And about 90% of factory ammunition out there is no different from your basic 40sw...except you get the privilege of paying an extra 50+% for every pull of the trigger, because it's "technically" 10mm...which is less common and considerably more expensive.

You probably chose well if: This is destined to be a woods gun, or you at least have a solid grasp on the caliber in question. 10mm is a caliber with tremendous potential. But it can only be unleashed if reloading or buying from the right sources (Buffalo Bore, DoubleTap).

I don't think it's a great carry choice for most folks, but that depends greatly on your environment. It can be a fun gun for plinking, woods carry, or even longer range fodder. Just don't make the mistake (that many make) of buying a 10mm, paying 10mm prices, and shooting ammunition that is literally nothing more than 40sw through it. Because in that case, you're just pissing $$ away, and you should have bought a 40sw.
Can you shoot the buffalo bore or double tap out of the stock barrel? I have been told to not shoot the +p out of it because its to much pressure? Im going to pick up a 29 Saturday.

That would be incorrect , + P,s on..!

As PD firearms go , depending on "Demographics" The 10mm might be a bit much , but be aware and think "Beyond" intended target , where will that hunk of projectile stop..?
