Glock 19 Range Report October 2010
Firearm: Glock
Model: 19
Ammo: Federal 115 gr FMJ (100 rounds)
Magazine: Factory 15 round Glock magazines and 33 round Korean Magazine
Target Distance: 15 yards, Standing Position
15 rounds through factory mag at 15 yards standing
As you can tell I'm getting shaky Glock fired like a dream though, no problems whatsoever as usual, fired all 100 rounds perfectly

15 yards is 45 ft, thats further than most defensive shootings takes place. Maybe move in to 7 yrds till the groups get tighter. At least thats what I did.
Glad to hear the pistol worked well for you. Keep up the practice.

you pretty much get in trouble shooting at someone beyond the 21 foot rule. They say at 15 feet you should put every round in a 3 inch circle if you have good trigger contol

Looking good, Indy. How did the Korean 33rd mag function?

I've loaded and completely emptied the 33 round magazine two times so far.
I shot rapidly and both times it fired perfectly with no problems.
I still feel like I wasted money buying it

I'm curious, why does it feel like wasted money if it works?

Nuttin from nuttin, but we do have a Range Report section. Just sayin...
Other than that I got nuttin other than what others have said. Practice closer. 7-10 yards.

I don't see a point in owning a 33 round magazine. Unless zombies attack or something....
15 round mags are fine by me when it comes to defensive shooting

Aha. THAT I agree with.
But I still have a dozen 33rd mags. Practical? Not at all.
Prudent to have for "that day"? Yep.
