I haven't checked around here lately but when I was shopping hard earlier this year the best price I saw locally the Gen 3 G23 was $495 and the 23Gen4 was $530 at Impact Guns and they threw in a 30-day range pass for either one. I thought that was a good deal and bought the 23Gen4. You do have to shop around though, you can get burned at the LGS. Maybe there'll be more holiday sales like some very good Black Friday sales last month.
