Glock 19 failed to extract, any reason why? - Glock Forum
Sorry for the blurry shot.

This was about the 400th round shot out of this pistol. Third round in the magazine. FMJ Blazer Brass rounds.. I dont know why this happened it was about the 400th round I've ever shot out of a handgun.

Any thoughts on to why this happened? Was it something I did? If so how do i prevent it?

That looks like an extractor issue or limp wristing. If it happens again, send it to Glock.

I think I limp wristed it.

They are 115 gr rounds btw. maybe i should step use a faster round? especially for break in?
