DefaultGlock 19, 9mm Dual Action Recoil Spring/Stainless Steel

Has anybody have any experience with Glock 19, 9mm Dual Action Recoil Spring/Stainless Steel made by Efk Fire Dragon. I am thinking of getting one for my Glock 19. It will be my main carry and will also see a lot of time at the range.
Any opinion be welcomed.

...................it must not be a Glock!............................

Seriously, it's up to you on the recoil spring. Even though they are plastic, they seem to do the job. It certainly won't hurt, though.
