I have taken it to the range several times since and I noticed the stiffness has mostly gone away except the trigger. Anyone else think the gen 4's have a stiffer trigger? I know they are made with the same components.
The trigger bar is different from the Gen 3 to Gen 4. The Gen 4 has a bump on the side of the piece that engages the striker block.
I really like Glocks, I actually just got a new one yesterday, Gen 3 19, but I can't stand the Gen 4s. I had a Gen 4 17 and sold it. I don't like the trigger, I don't like the mag release or the texture on the grip. If I want extra texture I'll just stipple my Gen 3s.
