Default G26 fte

Just went out to shoot my 26, did some rapid firing and had several failure to extracts. The empty round did not extract from the barrel leaving the next round unable to feed. After some thought I was convinced I limp wristed my gun and tightened my grip. After that, no failures. So, my question is is why does that happen? My gun is mechanically sound as I am an armorer but for some reason I can't grasp the idea of this, please shed some insight.

Sounds like you answered your own question, add some grip tape and use a firm grip.
