I think you're talking about a normal occurrence. The RSA does lift up a little when you install the slide back on the frame. But really there's no where it can go to cause a problem. As long as your gun functions properly when assembled I wouldn't worry where the RSA is when you disassemble.
The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together.
