First steel match of the season

His weekend I had my first steel match of the season and my first match drawling from a holster. After running dry fire drills in my basement for 30 minutes a night I can say my 17 and I put up great numbers. Last time I shot this match with my Ruger P95 and shot 8.8 seconds average per stage. I averaged just just under 5 seconds. I was really happy and now have a base to improve on. Thanks to you all for the advice.

I also shattered my iPhone screen the same day so sorry for any misspells as I can't see everything clearly. Lol

How many rounds do you shoot on average for a steel match? I am interested in the steel matches and I am just hoping for basic info. Thanks.

I only shot 125 in center fire and 125 in rimfire. They suggest on the clubs website you bring 200 rounds for any type match you run. Usually no more than 150 for the entire match. I have been working on being accurate which makes you shoot faster than people that miss a lot.
