I used to have to deal with the fascist 10 day waiting period, then I moved to a free state, and in and out with gun in hand, in about 20 min!

I have a Glock 30 and I love it. I will eventually be getting the 30S though, a little lighter for concealed carry.

I've got a Glock 36 that I bought last year and I love it. It was a close call between that and a Glock 30 but the 36 just felt a *tiny* bit better in my hand. If they'd had a 30S in stock at the time that might have gotten the nod.

Good thing you have that waiting period! Now you can relax and breathe a little instead of going on that spree of killing/raping/robbing you evil gun buyer were obviously planning.

By the way, just a few days ago I walked into a local gun store (in a FREE STATE), asked for two Glocks they had in stock, paid in cash , and walked out within 15 minutes. I gave them my thumb print, of course, and filled out the NICS paperwork, but the check took only 5 minutes.

You know what? I didn't go on any killing spree, either.

C'mon, live a little!

Gratz on the new shooter HS, I think you'll really like it. I'm quite content with mine...
