I carry a Glock 23 with Winchester PDX. Love it but I am still planning to pick up a 19 when I find one in a color other than black.

G19 all day, every day. When the effectiveness of a hit is for all intents and purposes equal, go with capacity and the ability for faster follow ups.

I have bith the 19 and the 30 they both shoot awesome the 30 is a little heavier and wider.i live in ca so I am limited to ten round mags so both have the same round count.
I would say shoot them both if you can and then choose one, if I could only have one of the two I would take the 19.

Im a 45 guy myself but the grips on a ds glock 45 (and 10mm) are to fat for my hands. Thats why im leaning toward either a 23 or 19. Then add in the weight factor when both are loaded, cost etc.

If you like the .45 then try for the s or sf model glock 30. I have handled the glock 30 sf and found it to be easier to handle than a regular frame.

I agree with rifleman. My choice though is the G30, in real life. The odds are overwhelming that in the (incredibly unlikely) case of self defense you will need way less than 10 rounds. Make it 45 ACP. To conceal better, consider a subcompact 9/40/
