I'm new to glock so this may be an elementary question. Does glock make their own conversion kit from the 27 to the 26? All i can find with limited access is outside brands. Thanks for your input

Nope, you won't find a Glock 40-9mm conversion barrel. Lone Wolf, KKM, Storm Lake etc make them. Also look into changing out the the extractor and ejector for full reliability. I recommend a minimum of changing out the ejector so brass that won't fly into your face.

I did my conversion on my G-20..
Installed a Lone Wolf .40 S&W barrel+now I have LOTS of brass to load/shoot. 10MM brass is a little harder to find/cost more
I have shot probably 2K of .40 with this barrel+so far-so good..Bill

Ok i saw that conversion brand, may invest in one in the local gun show coming up. Also, how do the glock compatble magazines add up to the glock brand mags?

I have heard that non glock brand mags stick when you try to drop them, but talk to your local gun store cause mine said bring it back they swap it out or you could use some sandpaper and sand them down.
