I completely detail striped my g17 and cleaned all the metal parts with hoppes #9. Should i apply oil to any of the parts or just leave them dry?

Follow the owners manual on lubrication, there are 6 spots that need lubricated.... 3 spots on slide..... 2 spots on barrel..... and 1 spot on the frame!

Just remember that an Austrian "drop" is much much smaller than an American "drop" of oil

Ummm....no. since us as Americans do things "bigger" than a lot of countries, we have a tendency to go overboard on lubricating our firearms. Glocks simply do not take a lot of lubrication compared to other handguns. That's all I was saying. And that was qouted directly from a glock armorer.
