Congrats! Old Santa was good this year!

That is a great gift! You must have a great husband! Obviously he is sensitive to what you really like! Better keep him around! Have a great time with it as I am sure you will! I am with Quentin on the Magazine Extensions. I can not stand to have my pinky finger hanging over the grip on any pistol. Being a lady you may not have that problem? A Lot of the magazine extensions also add another round in the mag which is by itself a good reason to install one. I have one on my Glock Model 27 40cal. which is the same pistol you have only in 40 cal.
Have a great time with your new Christmas Present! Send us a range report when you get it on the range!

+1 on the Pearce extensions, have them on all my G33 magazines. (They are the same for the G26)

Now if only I could find a hubby like yours........

Took my Christmas gift to the range a few days ago. It shot like a pro. I shot like an amateur! I put 50 rounds through it. Targets were consistently coming in down and to the left. Had a great time with it, though. Great gun. Easiest gun to clean EVER!

I bet you're a right hand shooter....correct?

Could be the stiffness of the trigger. My girlfriend has the same problem. Track the trigger all the way thru the first stage until it's about to break, keeping your sights lined up, and then gently squeeze it to break. If you pull to hard on the stiff trigger and just rip thru the first stage you could be dragging the barrel down and sideways.

Could consider a fulcrum trigger. Even if you get a lighter trigger bar, it won't be as smooth as the fulcrum trigger, and they're adjustable, too, thru the first and second stage.

Charliegirl I love love love my glock 26. I use it for my conceal carry with the pinky extenders that everyone has been suggesting. I also have a glock 17 my wife got me for Christmas myself. The extended mags work great for plate matches.
