Cheaper Than Dirt
I love Mail order. I remember the first time I ordered a plastic piece for a model I had bought in a retail store. I was amazed they replaced the part...sent me a letter, etc. Of course they were trying to keep me a customer and sent a lot of ad material. But thats business.
With that said, I have bought from Numrich, Sarco, Cheaper Than Dirt, Midway, Mako and CDNN. I must say I was favorably impressed with Midway. They answer your questions, you can place a reminder for an item that is out of stock...shop for in stock items only, etc. Shipping is not bad. Numrich quickly sent me correct parts when they made a mistake...at no charge to me. They do not reply to Customer questions, tho. Mako was great....a part I had ordered was not in stock by the time I placed order...they wanted to know if I would accept another colored item, wait for the part to be replaced or get a refund?...I opted for another color and got the item in a few days. Cheaper is not the cheapest, and I often found when pricing items, their shipping and handling was more expensive than the items( come on $9 s & h from each warehouse?). I would prefer Sarco, Mako, CDNN and Midway to Cheaper Than Dirt.....
